Glass Sourdough Crock
The King Arthur Baking Company Glass Sourdough Crock stores and allows you to easily monitor the growth of your sourdough starter. Made from borosilicate glass and stainless steel. Clear glass with red 0.25-inch markings helps to easily monitor if the starter has reached its highest point, and is ready for use, or if it is time for a feeding. The stainless steel lid fits loosely to allow gases to escape. Hand wash only in warm, soapy water. Measures 5.23 x 5.23 x 6.89 inches with a 1.5-quart capacity.
