These Bread Embossers make it easy to create decorative artisan breads at home without using a bread lame or scoring tools. Made from BPA-free plastic. Set of 2, including 1 wheat and 1 sun design. The embosser discs measure 3.25 inches in diameter x 0.25 inches thick. Dishwasher safe.
Emboss designs into bread dough as it rises (proofs). The stenciled flour marks create professional-looking results as bread bakes. Place the embosser inside a floured proofing basket, banneton, or brotform and allow the dough to rise on top. Turn the bowl upside down to remove the dough and embosser, then bake according to the recipe.
