Chef Mathew Unger exemplifies the "Show Me" Missouri slogan as he shares his extensive research for an upcoming cookbook on Missouri comfort foods. This hands-on class will work side-by-side with Mathew to make chicken and dumplings, ham and beans, creamed spinach with goat cheese, apple slaw, and corn bread served with Missouri wines, plus cast iron apple pie.
