This hands-on class will create a magnificent variety of sushi rolls with fresh and exciting ingredients including shrimp tempura, salmon, tuna, crab, avocado, carrots, cucumbers, jalapeƱos, and pickled ginger. Learn to make sushi rice, spicy sriracha sauce, citrus-soy sauce, and wasabi.
