Enjoy a Caesar salad with kimchee Brussels sprouts and parmesan croutons, seared and grilled New York strip steak served with mashed sweet potatoes and garlic broccolini, sous vide chicken breast with marsala wine sauce and served with mushrooms and spinach, plus braised and roasted shank of lamb served on blue cheese polenta with bordelaise wine sauce.
