HOG WILD FOR THE PIG BOX
Spend the afternoon with Christie creating impressive mojo-marinated roasted pig in the pig box! While the pork is slowly roasting, this hands-on class will create an extravaganza of side dishes and accompaniments, including corn fritters with avocado cream, mango-lime relish, cassava bread, yucca with garlic sauce, plus dulce de leche ice cream sandwiches, and mango mojitos.
