This hands-on class for couples will prepare traditional egg-lemon soup with arborio rice and chopped fresh herbs, mixed greens-roasted seasonal squash salad with Greek figs and dried cherries and plums dressed with honey vinaigrette, grilled loin lamb chops with lemon-olive oil herb dressing served with Myzithra (Greek "parmesan") orzo with brown butter, plus Maria's grandmother's recipe for rice pudding with cinnamon.
