Start the weekend early creating a feast of delectable food with Matt Sassman. This hands-on class will make classic Caesar salad with toasted garlic croutons and shaved parmesan, peppercorn and herb marinated roasted beef eye of the round served with horseradish sauce, crisp and tender cracked baby potatoes with coriander and fennel seed, roasted Brussels sprouts, plus oranges in rum and spiced orange caramel sauce on top of homemade buttermilk ice cream, and a vodka grapefruit-cinnamon smash cocktail.
