This pin is the traditional way to make ravioli. Roll out the pasta dough, spread half of the dough with filling and fold the rest of the dough over. Then use the checkered ravioli pin to press the ravioli rectangles and squeeze the filling. Then separate the ravioli pillows with a fluted cutter. The entire pin measures 17" in length. There are 40 rectangles on the pin, each measuring 15/16" by 1.25".
