Wild Rice Soup

1 lb. wild rice, cooked
2 carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2  cup flour
6 cups chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped herbs

In a stock pot sauté vegetables. Add flour and stock, cook 10-15 minutes. Add cream, salt, pepper and herbs.
