Classic French sauces

More than Gourmet makes wonderful stock base from fresh all natural ingredients with no preservatives, no MSG, no fillers, and only trace amounts of salt.  They are the actual stock that has been reduced to a thick paste. Once opened, they last indefinitely in the refrigerator.
