RECIPES OF THE WEEK
makes 50 small crackers
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb cheese, grated
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Cream butter, add cheese, flour, cayenne, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Scoop using
a disher or put through a cookie
press onto a baking pan lined with fiberlux.
Bake ate 350° for 15 minutes.
