|
Scones 2 cups flour Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Using a pastry
blender mix in butter until marble size pieces. Add cream and
fruit. Mix to form ball, DO NOT OVER MIX DOUGH. Drop by teaspoons
onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes.
