William Bounds Pepper & Salt Mills
These mills have a patented 3-step adjusting ring and milling
mechanism. These mechanisms work in a way that crushes rather than grinds
the peppercorns. As a result these mechanisms will never jam or freeze up.
Since the metal is not grinding against metal the mechanism will never
