Quick and Easy Crumb Cake

2 1/2  cups flour
1/2  tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil

Mix all ingredients remove ¾ cup for the crumb topping and add to it:

1/2  tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts

To the remaining add:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk

Pour the batter in a greased 9”x13" baking  pan, sprinkle with crumb topping Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
