Chocolate Decadence with Raspberry Sauce

1 lb. bittersweet chocolate
5 oz. butter
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. powder sugar

Melt butter and chocolate. Mix sugar and eggs. Add egg mixture to chocolate. Pour into a 8 or 9” round, greased and parchment lined cake pan. Bake 400º in a hot water bath for 15 minutes. Let cool completely and remove from pan. Serve with raspberry sauce.

 Raspberry Sauce

1 package frozen raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Strain though a passoire to remove seeds.
